Anna E. Huffman

Anna E. Huffman, age 96 of Camden, Ohio died on Tuesday, January, 21, 2014 at Woodland Country Manor in Somerville, Ohio. Born on September 10, 1917 in Surgoinsville, TN she was the daughter of the late Dane Harold & Lula Mae (Fox) Richards. Anna was a charter member of the Higher Heights Church of God in Camden and was a member of the Red Hats. She retired in 1979 from McCullough Hyde Hospital in Oxford after 13 years of service. Her husband Myron E. Huffman died in 1992; daughter: Mary E. Judy in 2003 granddaughters: Colleen "Susie" Houk in 2009 and Gina L. Houk in 1961; sister: Willie Sheley; Brothers: Harmon Richards, Leonard Richards and Ray V. Richards.

Survivors: Sons: Myron Duane Huffman of Carollton, KY and George Hector (Midge) Huffman of Hardeville, S.C.; Granddaughter: Joanna L. (Eugene, Jr.) Cupp of Camden, OH; Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; Great Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday, January 27, 2014 at Higher Heights Church of God – 8111 U.S. Rt. 127 Camden, Ohio with Rev. Marvin D. Hocker officiating. Family will receive friends on Monday, from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the church. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden.
