ANDREW WILSON "BUD" COFFMAN, age 92, of Eaton, OH, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at the Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton. Born on June 22, 1918 in Eaton, he was the son of the late Andrew M. & Lottie (Wilson) Coffman. Bud graduated in 1936 from Eaton High School and attended The Ohio State University. Bud was the Owner & Operator of Wilson Hardware Company in Eaton and retired in 1983. Member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Eaton, Preble County Historical Society, Eaton Lions Club, Brookville Shrine Club, and was a Kentucky Colonel. Bud was also a 70 year member of the following Masonic Organizations: Bolivar Lodge # 82 F & A.M., Eaton Chapter #22 - Royal Arch Masons, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton and the Antioch Shrine of Dayton, OH.
Survived by his wife of 56 years, Olive (Heaton) Coffman; several Coffman cousins in Colorado and Wilson cousins in North Carolina. He enjoyed a special relationship with his wife's family, brother-in-law, Byron Harper; sister-in-law, Rose (Heaton) Harper and their children, Faith (Harper) Sandlin, Barry Harper and Lee Harper and members of their families.
Funeral Service will be held at the convenience of the family with Masonic Services followed by Rev. Chris Farmer officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton.
