Addison Michelle Markley, 17 day old daughter of Ashley A. & Lee A. Markley of New Paris, Ohio, born Sunday August 9th 2009, died Wednesday, August 26, 2009 in Dayton, OH.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her Brothers: Levi W.C. & Ashton L. Markley; Maternal Grandparents: Angela Lyles, West Alexandria, OH, Mark Lyles, New Paris, OH, Greg & Jacky Stubblefield, Lewisburg, OH; Maternal Great Grandparents: Lloyd & Jewell Whitehead, Hillsboro, OH; Betty Lyles, New Paris, OH; Maternal Great Great Grandmother: Cloa Whitehead of KY; Paternal Grandparents: Aaron & Christy Markley, New Paris, OH; Paternal Great Grandparents: Naomi Markley, Baldwin City, KS, Jerry & Donna Williamson, West Manchester, OH. Preceded in death by Paternal Grandfather: Kenneth Markley; Maternal Grandmother: Betty "Mimi" Hundley.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday August 31, 2009 at Wares Chapel United Methodist Church, 1060 Foos Rd., West Manchester, Ohio with Pastor Justin Wiegand and Pastor William Zink officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Family and friends may call at the church from noon to time of service.
